This review is for Sherri in Customer Service who took my frustrated call on how on earth I was supposed to put a light bulb into this lovely light fixture. She called me back the next day as promised and left me instruction on how to remove the "harp" to insert the bulb. It looked as though the harp was soldered into place but it turns out that little tabs on the sides could be lifted to squeeze the harp out of its place, screw in the light bulb and replace the harp and the lampshade. I guess I just have a good appreciation for old fashioned customer service - and Sherri provided that for me today. :) read more
