They had several openings with two stylists throughout the afternoon, so I assumed we were all set. About 45 minutes before the appointment, I got a call saying they had to reschedule because "the girl had to go home." No apology, no offer to move us to another stylist, no real concern -- just a matter-of-fact cancellation. It was a Saturday, they had plenty of availability, and it genuinely felt like they just didn't want to stay for a new client. I ended up with a disappointed child and no time to find another option. In hindsight, all those open time slots (and the website photos) should have been a warning sign. Really disappointing experience. I won't be booking again.
