Kim is constantly asking me questions, about my hair, what I have done with it, what I like, what I don't like, she asked me questions to get to know me better and about my lifestyle. By the end, she knows what I want for a hairstyle, before I know what I want! It's AWESOME! I knew after my first appointment that I wanted her to do my hair for my wedding this coming Summer. We have been planning it ever since. She reaches out to me with ideas and tons of pictures. I think she is just as excited as I am...which I really appreciate. Not only does she offer amazing hair styles and hair colors, but she nails the outcome. I have never been disappointed or underwhelmed. I am constantly getting compliments on my newest hairstyle, and usually still getting compliments up until the day I go to see her again! To say she is friendly and kind is an understatement. She cares, shes knowledgeable and uses her technique and education to inform me of the best procedures.
