The contractors used by this company damaged numerous items on our property. The concrete was poured and cracked immediately and had to be torn out and poured again. We had crushed concrete in our filled pool. The following spring, prior to opening the pool, we noticed cracks all over the concrete surrounding the pool. We contacted Donnie and the person who owned the concrete company (Jeremy). We were told by both that there was nothing they would do for us. We spent $80,000 on a pool and I guess once they get your money that's all they care about. Donnie has been horrible with customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Then finally he said ok he will come and do the power-wash On July 21st,2025 he showed up for literally 15 minutes. Our house is 3220 sq ft. We have him on cameras and our paver contractors were there too as the eyewitnesses. He did not power-wash the entire house. Plus he damaged a pillar and the side wall as well. After all this, we asked him to refund our money. Now he is claiming that he will sue us and will not refund our money because we canceled the project with him and he lost wages??? To begin with, you were supposed to finish the job in the first or second week of June, not the last week of July. The guys he sent were nice enough guys. the toilet would have a weak flush every 5 flushes or so. after about 4 days with the "rebuilt insides" it was still doing the same thing. I decided to call Mr miller and he stated that my brand of toilet a Glacier Bay toilet is the worst brand out in the market and the rebuild probably wouldn't have fixed the problem and to quote him " I didn't want to come right out and say you had a bad brand of toilet" I asked him that as a plumber shouldn't you have told me it most likely wouldn't fix the problem and maybe I'd have made a different decision. his response to that was WE'RE DONE HERE DON'T CALL ME AGAIN and hung up on me.My fault I guess for not doing better homework on a business.
