As a person who tends to be hesitant with new stylists I certainly did my research first; as in chased people down with nice hair and asked who they went to and 80% of the time it was Shey at Stylz. In a town of 20ish hair salons if you're pulling that many recommendations I'm gonna check you out. So I hit up this chick on a random day to get a quote for my grand Pinterest ideas and she asked a ton of questions about what I had originally attempted to do my self and just what exactly I was actually going for, which she did with minimal giggling (I give her props there). A few weeks later she transformed me from an unknown color combo I found at Sally's to a pale white ice queen and finally into a bird of paradise! The color she laid down was stunning. I was a glorious Rainbow Bright for a solid 3 months following her advice on color care. I liked that she checked in on me after a week to see if I was still digging it. The overall experience was fantastic with loud music and bonding while slapping on color for about 8 hours. Highly recommend for those wild colors. read more

by far the greatest salon/hair style place in town.
