By far the worst experience ever A few months ago I tried this place out.showed the owner what I wanted.she said ok she can do it.after three hours my hair was gross.it was orange and not at all close to being blonde .she said your type of hair didn't accept the color blah blah blah.anways I left and didn't go back for a few months.went back today because Karen who works there was finally back from labor .I've never had my hair done by Karen but heard she's the only good one there..and seen her amazing work. I showed her what I wanted she said she can do it I was there for an hour waiting then the owner walks in ..as I was talking to Karen and she made this ugly ass face and walked to the back. Then when Karen calls me up ..the owner took me to the back and said ur not welcomed here because ur too delicate.and I don't want problems ..I told her there is no problem then she said I had yelled at her employees last time.which is a lie because she's the one that fucking did my hair so no I didn't yell at her I was just upset my hair was falling out and it was orange. Long story short the owner is very unprofessional she needs to take criticism better. She is very rude and there was no need to kick me out pretty much just because she sucks and is jealous that her employee can do a better job. She said because of last time I can't have you here..what if you don't like her work.. worst customer service ever she took from her employee because now not only will I ever go back but my mom who's been going for a long time will never be going back either...
