I spoke with VAL who was very kind and understanding and I made an appointment with him to come in my home and take me down my outdoor stairs so I could go to my doctors appointment. He was on time, professional and he told me not to be scared. This electric wheelchair he has that has rubber tracks that took me down seven flights in about 10 seconds with no bumps. After my doctors appointment, I called him back up and VAL came back to my house and brought me back up the stairs with no issues.
