Megan Byzewski, ME has been doing my eyelash extensions and event make up sessions. She is a rock star in bringing out your features! Two of my profile photos faces are 'by Megan' and a third shows the incredible Nova Lash extensions. She also applied my one and only spray tan. (I have fair skin, so its a lot of work for me to try and maintain.) She was discreet and the application was flawless and lasted the timeframe she said it would. I am drawing a blank on the two gals who I have seen for pedicures and manicures ( I don't get to go in as often for these services), hopefully I can adjust my review when I remember. But as you might guess, they are amazing too! Fun and easy to chat with! The front desk is the "A Team". They are incredibly friendly on the phone and in person. They remember your name, always offer a warm hello and good bye. The appointment reminder text alerts a day before your appointment are incredibly handy! Location and hours are convenient and easily accessible. All services are upstairs, however, there is an elevator if you don't feel like making the trek up two flights of stairs. Pricing is reasonable. Laser hair removal works best with dark hair on fairer skin. I have near-black hair and pretty fair skin. I had my face treated. We took down my upper lip, my side burns, chin, under-chin, and the peach fuzz on my cheeks. For me, it took 6 weekly sessions to be rid of most of my excess hair. I still have some of the hair due to a medical condition (PCOS), and because some hair has gone silver or white with age. I plan to go back for additional treatments to remedy that. This was nearly painless. To get a painless experience, shave the day you go in. The hair will still get zapped, but the hair being shorter will affect your level of discomfort. I forgot to do this a couple times and noticed a difference in my level of discomfort. It wasn't painful, but it wasn't comfortable when the hair was longer. Shave that morning, go that afternoon or evening and you will be fine. Next up? Underarms. Maybe bikini, maybe arms or legs. I can't wait!

She ended up getting advice from her boss which I thought showed great professionalism! In the end the conclusion was to do a bunch of highlights and blend it together. she took out my foils, changed the mix, and it worked out! She was very on top of things during the whole process, making sure my hair was not getting damaged because of the reaction it had in the beginning.
