I ordered a 6 inch sub. I think it was the Destroyer. Sandwich was thick with meat! Made exactly how i asked it was very good. The service was terrific and it was very clean! Typically the su s here are very good! Although the last couple of times the bread has been very dry. The texture of the sub is not good. Bread makes it or breaks it. The only other thing to mention is don't put crazy amount of mayo on the subs! read more

I had been to this sandwich place years ago when a friend who worked nearby discovered it. I remembered it as simple but good. I was in Keizer running errands, remembered this place and decided to try it out again. I walked in the door, and as I crossed the clean and spacious seating area on my way to the counter, I was greeted by smiles and "hellos" by the entire staff, busily making sandwiches. I immediately felt welcome and at ease. I was there around 11:30am and I was able to order right away. I went with the Ham, Pepperoni and Salami. The menu was easy to figure out, and I appreciated that they listed the default toppings so you could make modifications easily. I did a half sandwich with chips and a large beverage. I picked out my own drink and chips, and in about 5 minutes, my sandwich was ready to go. The sandwich was large, perfect for a satisfying lunch with chips. I was surprised it was a half! I'd imagine a whole sandwich would give you leftovers or a big lunch on its own. The bread was pretty good, but the cheese and meats really shone. It was exactly as I had ordered, and really hit the spot. Just the right amount of condiments and veggies. Much better than the nationwide sandwich chains found in the area. If you are in need of a quick, tasty and affordable lunch and want to support a very friendly, locally owned business, hit this place up! read more

This place is right near my home and I've driven by it forever, but finally stopped in, based on other people's recommendations. Service was fast and immediate. I had 1/2 of a Destroyer, which is "Ham,Bologna, Cotto Salami, Pastrami, Salami, Pepperoni, Turkey, Roast Beef and three Cheeses on a Wheat Sub Bun" (List of ingredients cribbed from Chuck B., who did the recording legwork already. Hey! I can't help it that I ordered the same thing without knowing it!) They did not skimp at all on the amount of meat and cheese on this thing. It was massive, falling out all over the place, and every bite was as good as the last. The thing was massive and I fully expected to take home half of that half...but I ended up finishing the whole damn thing. It was worth it. For two bucks more, you can get the full size one. I shudder to think what it would be like, but I'm sort of curious to find out. They have a huge selection of meats and cheeses, and seem willing to combine them in any way, shape or form. Things you can't get at any other sub shop, you can find here, and that alone is worth stopping in at this strip mall and having a lunch break here. read more

OMG I'm so stuffed after eating only 1/2 a Admiral sandwich. It was the same size and weight as one from a full-size at subway. The looked clean which I wasn't expecting since it was lunch time. So we came here as a recommendation for hot pastrami sandwiches. The pastrami is no where near fresh. It is just flavorless oblong bologna looking meat. The bread seems like they get it from the grocery store. Everyone here is really nice but this is not the place for pastrami. read more

Extremely disappointed tonight my spouse decided to surprise me . An employee there recommended a torpedo as close to an Italian sub would not have been my pick but was happy not to cook ( I hate bologna but can pull it off feed it to the dog which I did ) he ordered it mayo only condiment and no onions but everything else normal . I am only giving it one star because the customer service and staff are great. But my pastrami sandwich was gross and my husband says his French dip wasn't good either. The meat looks like luncheon or package meat like lunchables. I could add a bunch of other toppings but it would not make it taste any better because subs are all about the meat. read more

Eff this place. Staff is incredibly rude but the foods good which is an annoying situation to be in. I've never been to a place where staff accuse and embarrass their customers because they looked like someone they know and saw a negative post on Facebook. Who does that? I asked for their managers name after they accused my spouse and they refused to give me their name. I really wish they would find a local baker for their bread or perhaps just a different, fresher tasting sub.
