I'm sitting in my new house (that she made a sweet $7000 on as selling agent) sweltering as I paint and unpack in 92 degree heat because she did not take care of her end of the deal to get the AC fixed. She had three weeks and waited until the day before closing and guess what? They couldn't take care of it. Oh, and on top of that, the two broken toilets she was supposed to have taken care of? Our own realtor had to go out and purchase new ones and hire a plumber to install them the day we closed on the house! She said she felt bad and said she'd hire cleaners to come to the house to make up for all the fuck-ups, but she did not - or else she got ripped off by someone who flung a mop around and did nothing else. So just steer clear. I'm sure she's a lovely person and some may have had good experiences, but if someone picks and chooses who she will treat well, they're not worth taking a chance on.
