"Poutine reflects quebec's religious history and it's respect for the holy trinity. Poutine has to have the 3 elements; The Father (patate), The Son (Cheese Curds), and The Holy Ghost (Brown Sauce). This place, La Bonne Patate, respects this socio-religious historical institution and the cultural integrity of Quebec's patrimon to a very high order with a vigour that is all too rarely demonstrated. Tiny local spot that turned out better than expected. They did not properly slice the pizza so I…read morehad to take a knife to it; the crust was so thin that all the toppings slid off; dough was not cooked enough so it had to be rolled up like a burrito. It's rather expensive.. $26 for a medium standard pizza. Still, I enjoyed it since my expectations were low. Didn't feel gross and heavy afterwards which was a plus!
