They were a no-frills cafe, and they weren't afraid to show it. If you order a burger with the works, expect to get the works. The burgers are wrapped up deceivingly tight; once you unwrap them they are so gigantic you can barely fit your mouth around them without dropping salad everywhere. There are the classic hot food options as well, including: kabanas, pies, sausage rolls, and takeout containers of stir fry. But if you're after something a little healthier there's the option of fresh sandwiches and rolls too. There's also a giant selection of drinks - from energy beverages, to flavoured milks and bottled juices. This cafe is a popular pit stop for construction workers stationed at the various developments along Montague road. There are a few tables inside the cafe, and a few sheltered sitting areas outside, but I wouldn't stop here for a peaceful coffee.

You order what you want first, they print out your order and ask for your name to tell the people preparing the food to ensure the meal gets to the right person. You also have the choice of white or wholemeal pita bread, and it comes in small or regular. They also have sides which are cookies, brownies, or oven baked potato wedges. Just drive in to the KFC/Red Rooster complex and the Pizza Hut is right in the middle. And it's packed! People in the know fill the establishment for nostalgic reasons. The only downside is, the staff aren't very helpful. Nobody really explains anything to you. Unlike Sizzler, whose staff always ask, "Have you been to Sizzler before, and do you know how it works?", Pizza Hut Browns Plains staff leave you to your own devices. Don't bother waiting to be seated, as they just give you a strange look. Just grab any table you like and serve yourself. Also, it would seem that you can no longer order a set meal up front. It's simply all you can eat. You just rock up, help yourself, and then you go to the counter at the end and pay for "all you can eat". Ordering drinks is tricky, though. They don't have "all you can drink" self serve soft drink dispenser (like Sizzler do). So you do have to try to get the attention of someone in the kitchen to ask for a jug of Pepsi, or a beer (it's licensed). And, after waiting 10 minutes for the drink/s to arrive at your table, you might have to get up and remind them a second time. I didn't hate it, but if I'd bothered to think about what I wanted for lunch, I'd have gone somewhere else. If the service was mint, and the food mediocre, or vice versa, I'd consider returning.
