I couldn't finish my platter & had the rest for lunch (still delicious cold) a couple days after. The standout for me (besides the meats) were the onion rings! These are NOT the pre-frozen ones. These are fresh-cut, seasoned, & breaded, and they are ADDICTIVE! They make other ones look sad. The baked beans are cooked with brisket pieces. The sandwiches are generous, too. The meats are smoked, tender & delicious. The sauces are also handmade, not bottled. So, you're going to have sample for your preferred flavor & heat.
