There is plenty of parking, though not well lit. There were some cars in the drive-through, but the dining room was empty when I walked in. No one was at the counter, but I could hear workers in the back. It did not take long before someone came to take my order. I noticed the dining room was clean, though the counter and drink areas could have been neater. The wait was longer than usual as they were busy with the drive-through customers. I wondered if they were short-handed. My order finally was ready. I checked it, and one item was missing. I brought that to the manager's attention, and he quickly brought it over. They did accurately fill the three burgers which had special requests (no mustard or pickles). The quality of the food was standard for Jacks, the fries freshly made. While they could improve in some areas, overall my experience was positive. I always recommend double-checking the order.
