Excellent service. Its usually busy but I always get my food quickly and correctly even when they do those mobile orders at the same time.

I just wanted a quick dinner right before a concert so I stopped by this Subway! This Subway PACKED my sandwich and it was good! The cashier already had my order since I ordered online but it was a quick and easy grab and go! The ambiance is really quiet and there's a couple of tables that are in the restaurant! TIP: They don't have a restroom here so most likely go to somewhere else beforehand! They do have FREE ample parking but it's just in the back of Subway! read more

I was buying a sandwich at this Subway, it was $9, but the card reader said $11.61. Immediately I knew the math was off, because it should be $9.90 max. I asked him, "Wait, isn't it $9?" He replied, "It's with taxes and everything." I looked at this discount Post Malone... And then I looked at the screen again. No back button, no option to pick a tip, he pre-picked it for me. The only way to not pay it is to walk out or make a big deal out of it, meaning explicitly ask him to remove the tip, which most people don't do out of social decorum. In the end, I just paid, because I didn't want to hold up the line. This is deeply upsetting and extremely unprofessional. When I go out, I'm looking to have a good time, not to be finessed of my money without my consent. All of a sudden, I have a 30% mandatory surcharge on my meal for no reason. I won't be back at Subway, certainly not this branch... It left a very sour taste in my mouth. I've also left a complaint on the Subway corporate website. I'm ordinarily a very reasonable person, but this type of stuff really crosses the line. read more

So I just made my online order around 7:40pm and it said it will take 15-20 mins for it to be ready to pick up and when I got there the girl assumed I spoke Spanish when I was speaking to her in English and they MESSED up on my SUB THEY DIDNT TOAST MY BREAD ,nor put the correct Cheese I wanted and there was no Jalapeños when on my order I place clearly shows I wanted that and she didn't put my sauces I wanted ( light ranch , regular Mayo and by the time I was picking up my order it was showing on the app that they were still making my SUB when I was sitting there and when I got to my car I opened it and it was all SOGGY !!!! Just want to say my wife and myself went to this Subway location today and I have to say it's the best location we have visited. the server Amber reminded us of what good customer service is the food was fresh the sandwich was delicious and we didn't have to ask over and over to please add more of this or more of that like you have to do at other locations ,I'm sure you know what you I'm talking about. Local Chef here and food critic, I also happen to live in the area for a while and worked for the mayors office and food network. I know what is to have a great manager but this Latino gentleman with a dark complexion a just doesn't cut in having a rude loud tone when talking your order. This is by far my favorite Subway. It's a nice building and they have a big parking lot out back. I have noticed that at this particular one the employees are willing to give you extra when you ask for extra. Making me happy that I come out with a sandwich loaded with veggies. They are also pretty nice and helpful. One star knock off for the one blond employee who couldn't greet me or even crack a smile. It looked like she was a wax statue who couldn't show any expression. I've been coming to this Subway for years and I genuinely think it's quite a good one. Consistently good customer service, open 24 hours, clean venue, plenty of free parking in the back, well lite parking lot at night, a variety of sandwiches, fresh veges, and workers who aren't stingy with ingredients or coupons. This isn't an omg-foodie place but definitely a keeper among fast foods. My favorite subs are the tuna, turkey bacon avocado, and apple wood pulled pork...ALL toasted with feta cheese...noms! Only downside is that there are no public restrooms. read more

My husband and I ordered their dinner special. We ordered 3 sandwiches for $14.00. I went to pay and was charged $17.00 for 3 sandwiches. I told the cashier that their window showed that the sandwiches were 3 for $14.00. She told me that they charge extra for toasting our sandwiches. We DID NOT have any of our sandwiches toasted. This is my least favorite location. Most of the workers I've encountered (especially the night shift) look unhappy and treat you the same way.. like you're bothering them. They rarely say anything especially 'Thanks'. I was just there 5 mins ago and I asked for 2 slices of tomato for my sandwich. There was a whole tub of pretty red and juicy tomato slices. As she reach for my two she picked the only ones that were not ripe and completely white and dry. I don't know if she did it on purpose but it was easy to see how dry and white looking the tomato slices were. And if she didn't notice thats just as bad cause it showed me how little she cared or paid attention to details. I wish I had said something right at the moment, cause I would of liked to see her reaction or hear what she had to say about it. I did walk over to the trash can and pick out the albino tomatoes and throw them in. Unless I'm dying o starvation, I will not spend anymore money at this Subway.
