The sour cream topping, along with the scallions and red peppers were a perfect touch to a great lunch. Would definitely come back the next time I visit Germany. Do note that there are only two tables inside Handbrotzeit. So if you're there with a large group or during rush hour, you may be hard pressed to find a seat. However, there are tables and seats outside if you're brave enough to sit out in the cold during the winter season.
