They do a great range of baguettes , and I like to treat myself to a spot of lunch there. Prices are very reasonable and the staff very friendly. In fact writing this review has reminded me that I haven't popped in there in a while so I think I shall have to treat myself.

It was so rich and flavorful and cheesy and delicious..unlike anything I've ever tried before or since. This was on a road trip my bf and I took to Portsmouth btw, and I want to come back to the city just to go to this restaurant again! :) We also got a Croque Reuben (sandwich for me, large portion), Pork Belly (for him), Manniere Moules et Frites (mussels dish - Classic moules with garlic butter, white wine and parsley, served with toasted sourdough), Brugse Zot Sport (beer for him), Kwak (Kwak amber beer, cream, orange and fennel for me) and Orangina. The main dishes of pork belly (Pork belly slowly roasted in Lindemans Apple beer, served with Stoemp and seasonal vegetables, finished with apple beer and mustard reduction) and Reuben sandwich (Grilled sourdough sandwich with Gruyère and Cheddar, sliced pastrami, sauerkraut, gherkins, Emmental and Russian dressing) tasted great, and portions were really generous! The staff aren't equipped with any Dutch. The French radio piped in is very annoying after an hour or so. The Ugly: There is a God awful high-pitched whine when the beer is being poured from tap. They do sandwiches, salads, drinks and hot food. I like their coffee, as it's only a quid for a huge filter coffee, and it's good coffee. Also if you pop in late in the day (I sometimes pop in on Sundays) they often reduce the prices on some of their salads and sarnies so you can pick up a tasty snack at a bargain price. They always keep it clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful too.

Their Chinese menu is full of all your essential takeaway favourites at a great price and their king prawn dishes are my favourite as they feature a huge portion of proper big king size prawns, not the pale imitation you get in many places.
