The salad looked decent at first, but once I got home, I quickly realized the peaches were old, bland, and completely lacking flavor. There were only a few strawberries scattered throughout, and the ratio of fruit and red onions to the large amount of greens felt way off. Honestly, I hate when I can make a better salad at home. Well a fun little hobby of mine is to enjoy participating in birthday freebies that casual dining places like Firehouse Subs offer,but some do come with qualifications-this establishment being one of those and the basic requirements is you have to make at least a $1 purchase 6 months before your birthday and earlier than 7 days before your birthday to qualify for a free medium sub of choice. So it was getting close and I realized I hadn't made a purchase to qualify so after searching the app to find a $1 purchase I realized I was actually kinda hungry so I decided to buy a kids combo for $4.99 and I went with a meatball sandwich.The combo comes with choice of drink or bottled water-I went with water and I think a cookie but I upgraded to the brownie for an additional $1. I ordered from the parking lot so I just walked in and with 4 minutes I had my food was ready. Parking at this location is kinda hectic while also being convenient as they share a lot with many popular businesses so it can get crazy in there but there are so many spots-it balances out.
