I went to this location today for lunch and the first girl that was helping the people in front of me was very nice very helpful. Then another girl walks in I guess from her lunch break and she had the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a subway. She was very rude when asking for my order when I asked her for more mail on my sandwich. She stated t"his is all the mail we have for the day ma'am I can't give you anymore." isn't the whole point of Subway® to make the sandwich how I want it? Not only that, but if she was gonna say no, she could've just done it in a nicer way her customer service was trash. Then when I was paying, I asked the nicer girl for the name of the mean girl, and the nicer girl mentioned that the mean girl was the MANAGER of the place and she would not give me her name. As I was standing there waiting to get my second sandwich made the other customers that were in front of me waiting to pay for their food, noticed the mean girls behavior and I said " wow she must have had a bad" and those customer laughed and said " no she's always like that every single time we come in here" that is pretty sad. I ordered 3 Sandwiches double roast beef and I added some Italian because the person that made the sandwich told me that they did not have vinaigrette on the sandwich. Well when I got home. I had something occur. However when I tried the sandwich.... It was Phillies with heavy oil and it was dripping so bad. That it stained my dress of oil ... It tasted like a glob of oil rather than a sandwich. That was the worsted Roast Beef Sandwich. That I ever ate in my life.It costed me about 60.00 . I cannot believe that I even tipped the sandwich maker after all the dis-service that she did to me. It was about 11:30 before noon on Friday November 1, 2024. The worst thing that she was bragging about how she made sandwiches. I did not realize that she was the wrong person I was complimenting. I will never eat there again. Especially when my sandwich oil was super thick... I had to thrown all 3 sandwiches away! I would not even feed to my pets. What a waste of time and $$$$ MONEY... . Went there for lunch biggest mistake of my life. I went in there nobody was in there so I thought it was closed staff then a girl pops out of the back room and another from the restroom...that should've been my sign to leave and go somewhere else but I was wasting time since I have an 30 minute lunch I tried to get a regular turkey sandwich but the lady kept complaining that she hates working here and told me that everything was frozen and the proceeded to ask if I really wanted a sandwich I just told her you know what Just forget it and I left. Saw there was a warning saying to be cautious when possibly leaving a bad review due to COVID. Its OBVIOUS this subway location has no care for the health of their customers which you can see in the sad state of the store. If the inside isn't depressing enough just wait until you encounter one of the employees. Wish I could say this was the first time my experience was like this. Every. Time. It's ridiculous and subway corporate should consider shutting it down. The Taco Bell across the street is far more efficient and has much more pleasant staff. read more

Ordered from this location on GrubHub at 10pm, and said it would be 40-55 minutes. At 11:45 I received a notice it was delivered at 10:50pm, but it was not. Contacted GrubHub and they said the driver needed another 10 minutes. The driver lied about delivering my order, and I still did not have my order after two hours. I do not mind paying for services like GrubHub, Uber Eats, Doordash, etc for the convenience, but have never had an issue like this before. Everyone working here hates there job and is so rude when welcoming and getting orders from customers. The manager on duty was not wearing a mask over her face and was not wearing gloves. The man taking my order would just look at me instead of properly asking me what I would like on my sandwich. Isabel at this subway needs to change up her attitude real quick... I am 9 months pregnant, was hungry for a sandwich and Isabel wants to be in her pissy attitude, throwing ingredients around, slamming items, rude, horrible customer service, went to the back to restock on guacamole and came back to make my boyfriends sandwich with the same dirty gloves. He asked her to change them and make him a new sub, she did so with a face as if it were going to kill her. So to her manager//boss: Enroll her in a customer service class or a class where they at least teach you to smile. Food is decent . a REAL captain is needed on this ship ! You can hear it in the staff- their lack of confidence and knowledge in their work. I can only hope it's up to sanitation code.
