The first time DH and I split the 8-inch hot pastrami sandwich with au jus on the side. Major yum! The cashier suggested adding their house sauce, which was a great addition to the flavors of the pastrami and sourdough. The au jus added another layer of meaty, salty flavor. I was very happy with that choice. DH also had a cup of clam chowder, and I ordered a chocolate chip cookie. We were happy campers. As I was looking around the interior space, I noticed several seasonal items. One was a lobster roll with bacon sandwich. How did I miss that at the outset? Lobster roll as a fast casual sandwich shop? Hmm! That was the reason that we went back the next day, actually. After that first order, I started visiting the restaurant in person, and that's when I met Nabin, Shekhar, Suraj, and Chetan. Every single one of them is professional, detail-oriented, friendly, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. They always greet customers with a smile and make you feel genuinely welcome. What really stands out is how much pride they take in their work. They happily customize my Chicken Pesto Sandwich exactly the way I like it, and every time it comes out fresh, delicious, and perfectly made. You can tell they care about quality. They are also very clean and hygienic--they wear gloves and regularly change them while preparing food, which gives me a lot of confidence in their food safety standards.
