I understand that when it's busy, orders can be messed up on occasion. But what is the excuse when there is no one else at the restaurant and my order STILL gets messed up? My son has Autism and is kind of picky about what he eats. Burger King chicken nuggets are one of his favorite foods, and it's only $1.49 for a 10 piece, so when he refuses to eat something, BK nuggets are the fallback for us. A few months ago, I had a near psychotic rant and confrontation with employees about yet another messed up order. I mean I was nearly in tears I was so angry. It was the 3rd time that week my son refused to eat his supper and it was the third time that week they messed my order up. I vowed never to return to that location. I even wrote an email to corporate about it. Lo and behold, a month later I was back as my son refused to eat supper again. I told the manager on duty about my experience and she said that they had a new manager and that the old manager simply didn't give a f××× and that things would be better. Since then, I have still had my order messed up a couple of times, but it is not happening as frequently as before. They have always given me free meals to atone for their mistakes but, I'm really getting sick of having to give my name to them so they can put my name in their notebook. The nuggets are hit or miss with how fresh they are. I've had some that were inedible because they obviously had been sitting out for an extended period of time and were likely thrown back into the fryer to warm them up. Sometimes they don't even do that, instead just sending out the barely warm and past their time nuggets as is. My double cheeseburgers are also hit or miss in regards to me getting them how I ordered them. I order them two ways: one is without pickles, the other way is with only ketchup. One way leaves out one step, the other leaves out two. I know they have moniters and headsets for the employees, so when I get my burgers with everything on them, it makes me wonder if they have deaf illiterate employees working for them. It is for that reason I am giving two stars. Until they achieve a higher consistency rate with my orders, I will stand by my 2 star rating.
