I understand the place is in is in a trendy Golden Terraces mall in the center of Warsaw but the Cob salad they serve is easily THE WORST Cobb salad I ever had and possibly one of worse fast food salads I had ever tasted. To begin with portions are skimpy. You pay 40PLN for maybe 15 spinach leaves (I do not eat iceberg lettuce so ask for spinach). There are some cherry tomatoes. And some brown substance which I presume was meat - that was added HOT on top. Chickpeas (???!). There might have been also cheese but it was hard to discern since the whole thing was DOUSED WITH DRESSING making it into BROWN SLUDGE. If I was serving food to pigs I think that that would be roughtly the correct consistency. Cobb salad ingredients should include variety of things - Romaine lettuce (not iceberg), tomatos, blue cheese, avocado slices, hardboiled egg, bacon bits and cubed chicken. Typically with vinaigrette dressing. Not brown sludge. I wrote them an email directly but they ignored it. I guess they earned this review twice. Service was OK ambience too. Additionally the staff is not friendly at all, quite rude in a couple of occasions. I decided not to put a bad review the first time, but after giving them a few chances the experience has been consistent. As a regular customer of Salad Story, I look for consistency and service. Nowy Swiat is not the location to go. Definitely my experience in Piekna and Arkadia locations have been much better. Sorry Nowy Swiat ! :(

Usually I am against the places that try to promote the "healthy life" but this place is different. It gives you the choice to go for the healthy life or dive into the tastiness of junk food! Apart from salads there are the options of sandwiches and tortillas.. hmmm ? As for the ingredients, they have the classic "standardized sandwich ingredients" - hence, no unique quality - which I find extremely disappointing, especially when there is such a variety in options! Ingredients are fresh and healthy, with dozens of options for variety and customization. For salads I strongly recommend the glam halsa or slim halsa with either integral macaron or baked potato. Yoghurt dressing is a winner! Beyond salads, soups are quite good specially when accompanied by dark seeded bread. Feta-spinach quiche is my next visit!
