Supposedly I have canceled my membership, but I'm not confident about that actually occurring.I have reached out to the company numerous times on this. On April 23, Wistle Stop Car Wash promised a refund check, to arrive in 14 business days. I contacted them again 21 business days later and was told, "the check hasn't been issued." Nothing short fraudulent run round, horrible nonexistent, customer service. The washes themselves were fair; short run, rinse so short that sudsy bubbles cover the car as it goes through the very short dry cycle. Several times I just drove around and went through the wash twice in one day. Stay away from Car Wash!
