When painting the paint was so thin, like thinner with paint in it. Barely covered my vehicle, although it is a work truck just paid for paint not thinner. Cleared since weather is going ti get too cold to fix it soon.

I wish I could give zero stars but…read more.. The service department should be an embarrassment to MB Canada. It takes a week to get an appointment. Then more time to order parts. A routine repair can take up to two weeks. Clearly when the outgoing owner left the dealership was on service life support. I thought it would improve when Palladino took over but it is still status quo ie a disgrace. An employee confided that you do not pay your mechanics enough so when they can move to the mining industry they bolt leaving you with a high turnover and no experienced mechanics on staff. This allegation seems to be borne out by the present state of Zero star service. I love my MB vehicle but I will never buy another one again given the hassle of getting it serviced. I wonder if things are this bad at Palladino's BMW dealership?
