Suddenlink is the only real ISP in Big Spring. Their speeds are much faster than any of the small ISPs in the area. Their customer service is poor. Data caps. Speed throttling after heavy use. Low-disclosure sales pitches. Essentially, due to lack of competition, Suddenlink combines all of the shady, skeezy, and underhanded ISP practices that the big companies around the country offer, for nearly twice the price!
