Washers/driers break with customers clothing in it, or the place has been trashed, a water line breaks, people shut off all the breakers in an unlocked breaker box, the heat doesn't work on a 16 degree morning (all of this except for water lines breaking happened this morning 12/1/24), etc., and I could not get ahold of anyone to report it to them. I tried to call the number listed for them, but just rang with no answering machine or anything. This needs to be corrected immediately. I even found a black dust on one of the folding tables and when I wiped it off, I realized by the smell that it was Marijuana residue. This doesn't have anything to do with the staff, just how trashed that it can get between the times the staff is there, which admittedly is every day. Otherwise I like going here, the staff is very friendly and helpful and, again, it is usually clean, has good prices, and is really close to where I live.
