I took my German Shepard in, she was in dire need for a bath, and she came out beautifully! She smells so good and they brushed out all her under coat. They even put a cute bandanna around her neck, which she loves! My husband tried to take her bandanna off and she bit it and tried to put it back on. They must have made her feel like a princess. They even sent her home with a treat bag. My two children were so happy to feed her when we got home. Thank you so much! We will be back again soon!

And whatever response they give under this review is not true or believable they're lying out of their teeth and not being fair at all. My dog went there three different times. 1st time no issues 2nd time none. 3rd time was today, I took her there trusting she was gonna be okay and she wasn't. First problem: I had spoken to the front desk told them I didn't want her teeth cleaned or nails done and they still did it. Even tho I specifically said twice I didn't want it. They gave me a discount for the 15$ for a next visit instead of just a refund? Idk why Second problem: They hurt my DOG I have a bunch of pictures showing the many scratches my dog got because of the groomer who was male, I never got their name but I know who specifically was. They scratched my dog and left an injury on her. When I brought this up to the front desk by calling them they had the audacity to make me wait for the manager to call me back. So instead I personally went in person and spoke to them myself. The manger came out and we spoke The first thing she did was deny any responsibility at all due to the "waiver" I signed wich is just a sad excuse to not bare any responsibility for their lack of care for my dog. I told her she had scratched and was injured on her the top fur area and then she said that it didn't look like an injury or a cut and that it may have happened before or after She got groomed basically she was trying to accuse me of lying about the injury. They were gonna just avoid accountability and blame it on me.Then she had the AUDACITY to say that it could possibly be CANCER?? Excuse me? She said "I have 20 years of experience I know what I'm talking about" ITS A CLEAR INJURY YOU CAN SEE THE FRESH BLOOD and yet they didn't care. They gave me a refund for The 15$ and didn't give me a Refund for the rest of the groom. I got home and got a call from the owner of the place and she was trying to tell me me that she understood the situation and that she knew the guy? And I'm like okay? But I can clearly see my dog is injured so what are you gonna do? I asked for a refund and as soon as I keep talking she hanged up. VERY DISAPPOINTED DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE THEY WONT CARE. They will do everything to no offer any refunds and keep their money. She offered me a free next groom knowing well I wouldn't trust them or I wouldn't come back, but that dosent make any sense cause it's the same as a refund so just give me the money back? I don't see the problem?? So obviously they didn't wanna give me any money back and they were all just doing this to save themselves from a bad review. No call back after she hanged up I left a voicemail no response. Completely ignorant and uncaring. Never coming back again. You should not take your dog here.
