After my sessions were done the doctor told me to come back in about a month and a half to get a touch up. The laser machine broke and I called every month to see when it would be fixed and eventually they told me just to stop calling and that they would call me because they didn't know if it would ever be fixed. I called multiple times to have them fix this situation and after waiting for a very long time I finally got in touch with one of the Dr's husbands who told me I am SOL. He said by policy they are not required to offer touch ups. Guess what! The laser didn't even work for me! It may as well been broke the whole time and I threw my money away. No refund. Because they were saying they were about to close. someone messed up my appointment time I have my appointment at 1:30 but they were saying 1 pm. So anyway he just asked me what was going on with me and I said I had been diagnosed with cervical Spondylosis disc degenerative. And I'm having numbness in my arm and 3 fingers. So he makes another appointment. At the second appointment, he did a nerve test told me I had carpal tunnel, and sent me to a hand Doctor. Wanted me to try medicine for 14 days. And I did. Saw him again and told him the medication was not working and I still had pain. And didn't give me anything for my pain after. also the first visit he asked me if I needed physical therapy. And I told him I had been going to physical therapy for 3 months 3 times a week but it had gotten too expensive for me so I stopped going. I do it on my own at home. He seems disappointed but I insist that too much of a cost. Next had an appointment but the office called me that he was out so I needed to reschedule and I did. Still didn't give me anything for my pain I'm hoping to talk to him about prescribing me. And it didn't happen. The following Friday, I needed to reschedule because I couldn't make the appointment. I was sick. asking the office if he could prescribe me something for my pain. The staff called me back and said he could prescribe me for inflammation. I said ok whatever it is to help me because I'm feeling pain and can't go to work. That day passed and nothing. Monday called again. The staff got in touch with him again and told me he was going to send it. That day passed and nothing. Called again and the staff said he was busy with a lot of patients. I was What the hell I'm also a patient of his I waited for 2 weeks. . And I told the staff you know what please cancel my future appointment I'm looking for another Doctor. She apologized to me and said I wish I had prescribed it. I said it's ok it's not you. Hopefully, he is not like this with other patients and future patients. I wasted my time and money I wish they feel the pain that people like me have been going through. And cared for their patients.
