I'd put it at 3.5 stars (bump up to 4 stars). Em + Me still has an ever-revolving selection of cute clothes and an adorable assortment of accessories & gifts. You will always find something new here. They've also added an app so now you can shop their clothes on the app, on Facebook, or on their website. Yet. I find myself shopping here less and less. I'm just not impressed with their clothes anymore, specifically the quality of their clothes. Not only do they just never seem to fit me right, but every shirt/dress/tunic item is incredibly thin. Even the 'sweatshirts' and sweaters are thin. You need to wear at least one layer underneath (or over) their clothes. And because of this thinness, they don't last long. Some people might not mind the thin clothes, but for the prices (I don't even think they're affordable anymore), I mind. I'd like my clothes to be better quality. I will still come to look for home decor & gifts, but not so much the clothes anymore.... unless a quality item is on sale.

The employees attitude only made this feeling worse leaving her with no excitement regarding attending the schools dance. I know managing a store can be tough, but monitoring what is happening when you aren't there is important as they just lost a customer willing to buy a nice prom dress right away.
