They are now open on Saturdays and since my review last year our fur baby Lani has grown up and has a doggie sister Bradi whom was rescued and was being fostered by the CCC team. Bradi was found wandering the streets with a terrible injury to her neck and Dr. Michelle saved her. Sandi one of the vet techs raised the money to cover all costs. The team here doesn't get enough recognition for the work they do to help homeless fur babies get healthy again so they can find forever homes. We just went through the process to get our three fur babies checked up and certified so that they can travel. That involved an hour and a half appointment of tests, shots and examinations. Dr. Palminteri and team we're amazing with all three and their different personalities. We had to get ALOT of things together for our fur babies relocation and the ladies managing the office were amazing in helping us get our documents together and with answering our questions. It's been a struggle for the island to get back up and running again afteand the team here is operating like nothing happened. They are taking credit cards and are fully stocked within the pet store section with anything you could need. Also in stock are airline approved travel crates for check in, I know it's really hard right now to find on island. Two new features added this year were their new dog tag machine and full grooming services. It's around $70 per grooming appointment and they do everything. Bradi our longer haired dog loves her time with the groomer. We're sad to be leaving this awesome vet team but know that you and your fur babies are in very good hands here! #St.Thomas #USVI

I have never used a pet sitter before, so I was nervous about having someone in my home and taking care of my dog. Being able to have Roxy in her own home was such a nice option. We got texts and pictures of Roxy letting us know she was doing good and came home to a happy and relaxed dog. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my baby, I'm so excited that we now have someone we can trust if we ever need a pet sitter.

Aimee was 100% professional and so caring. The "application" of sorts really got into details, and it's the details that matter in quality care. She goes the extra mile, trying to play with unfriendly cats (like mine) and even takes pic's to text you (so sweet). My cat always hides, yet she had a pic of him taking a treat from her hand-Are you kidding me?!! Incredible. She left a personal note about anything that transpired (e.g., he threw up once). More than anything my cat pees in the house when mad or upset. He was good the entire time. No pee-YEA. Kudos to her kind, experienced, and warm approach.

In his old age, Dash has gotten very stiff (as many of us are :)) and shakes a lot when he is standing. I've tried the regular stuff (anti-inflammatory meds and glucosamine), but it wasn't doing the trick. I decided to take massage therapy lessons from Jennifer so I could learn how to keep my boy out of pain. I'm learning and she really is a miracle worker. Dash went from walking with zombie legs to having full mobility in his legs ... its absolutely amazing to see how quickly he responded to her touch! And don't feel like you have to take lessons, she does massage, as well as, physical therapy for our furry pets and you can just watch them heal! He still has his good days and bad days, but he is definitely on the mend! Very happy I found Jennifer! I'll be using all her tricks to keep Dash loose!! Two thumbs up rating!!

I decided to pay for the first two sessions which was $500 but then decided to go in another direction that was more reward based dog training. I however did not read the contract which stated no refunds. Essentially I paid $500 for one visit with no training. While signing the contract she was talking to me about the dogs so just make sure to pause the session and read the full contract before you actually start the session. Also, there were no verbal warnings on the no refunds before you get started. I personally also wanted to do a different style of training. She does not do treat style training and I wanted a softer approach. The good thing about this company is that they do travel a couple of hours out of the metroplex and she seems knowledgeable on the no treat style of training if that is what you are looking for.

VIP pet store is back open again after the hurricane but it looks like they have no power so it's…read morecash only. They are getting shipments in and are re-stocked on doggie food (they have loads of taste of the wild) and pee pads. But it looks like everything else is dwindling down ( toys, treats, grooming supplies et.). I don't think their fish/aquarium section is running anymore (tanks are empty) nor is their grooming department and the two resident cats aren't there (great for my hubby because he's very allergic to them). Despite the challenges of not having any power the cashier is still very helpful, positive and opens up every day. I think this store is the only shop operating right now as the complex it's in was destroyed. Prices are a little steep $60 for a bag of taste of the wild and $25 for 50 a pack of 50 pee pads. Geez I can't wait to shop at a Costco again for our fur babies. But I honestly think this store is the only one on island open right now with this stuff. Style a dog is a little pricey but they have a variety of the higher end dog foods, treats and lifestyle products for you and your fur babies. They had no hurricane damage and their credit card systems seems to be working but the very nice lady that runs the shop told us that sometimes it doesn't work (so have cash as a back up). Style a dog also runs a full grooming service in the back. We brought all three of our fur babies here this week for mani/pedis as walk-ins. I'm not sure of how you would schedule an appointment as the phone systems are down Island wide right now other than walk in but the team here was flexible and took all of our dogs immediately despite having other dogs in the kennels to groom that day. They have a great system of where you can drop your dog off at the beginning of the day and pick up before they close around 5pm. Our Lani girl is terrible with groomers, vets etc. she was so scared that she peed on the groomer but they were so nice about it and great with all of our fur babies. Grooming pricing is on the higher end but they are popular so it looks like they have a dedicated group of regulars. If you're coming into crown bay with your boat and have your fur baby with you this is an awesome place to re-stock on products or get a grooming session in!
