The appointment was in the morning but the room was nice and warm with a nice water feature bubbling away and relaxing music to calm my mood. The therapist was well qualified and confident in her treatments. There is also a nail bar and hairdressers and there is a tanning studio too. You can get a spray tan done too for which there are often discounts on quieter times of the week. They do discounts for students too. There is a loyalty card scheme running too so after so many visits you get a treatment free. A great incentive to keep going!

I didn't receive any of these appointments! I got humiliated cause I said I couldn't afford both and the salon manager was so rude towards me and in front of my family which were stood out side and heard the whole situation.
