Was expecting a calm spa like experience and professional service. Dance music that was playing was very loud. While everyone was very nice the person I happened to get for my full set needs more training. They did not do anything with my nail beds or cuticles. Just put the set on and the gel. Barely filed them down so my nails are very thick and wide compared to my natural nails. I asked for square and not really sure what this shape I got is. I also got a pedicure that turned out ok but did feel very rushed and had to tell them to touch up parts of my toenails they missed with the polish. Not sure I'd go back and if I did I'd make sure I get other nail techs for my service. My daughter also went with me and her nails turned out fine. Both my nail and pedi tech needed instruction from the tech next to them durning my services. Will be going back to My usual salon going forward. Quality can definitely improve. read more

This fits in perfectly to the plaza with the bright, cheerful tea spot. This is the bright, cheerful nail spot equivalent of my previous review, except nails instead of tea. The staff here is very friendly and the pedicure chairs are very comfortable. Everything was clean and polished. The pedicure was not cheap. About $70 (and a little more if you use a credit card). Advertised as a spa pedicure for $45, there was an ad-on for removal of previous nail polish and then for gel instead of regular polish. I've had better spa pedicures for cheaper, but this was not bad. I may come back again anyhow, but I probably would remove my own polish first and not get gel. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service! Price never stays the same even though you get the same service. If you can't do a design you owe it to the customer to tell them before doing the service. This way they can make an informed decision on continuing. It's unacceptable to wait until you are at the final stage to tell someone you can't do the requested design, as a means to just get money. Then get upset with customer because they are unhappy! I won't be back nor recommend anyone else to come here going forward!​ read more

Ive been in ohio for a year and a half and have YET to find a good place that does pedicures even HALF of how my California or Vegas places. I made an appointment online which was pretty easy, when I arrived I checked in and sat down. I was taken to the chair pretty quickly. The gentleman that did my pedicure was VERY nice, however when I mentioned I had an ingrown toenail starting, I was informed that they charge an ADDITIONAL $10 for the removal (but since it didnt bleed they wouldn't charge me this time). $55 dollars for the service that doesn't clean under nails, barely trimmed the extra skin around the cuticles, doesnt remove ingrown toenails, and had a VERY limited "regular" nail polish selection. So because we don't want to have a drill remove color we get scrappy colors? I guess I won't be returning read more

I arrived around 5:30ish and was told to wait... i finally got a spot around 6ish... i didnt mind the wait. First nail lady told me she cant do ombre (first picture i posted) so I waited another nail artist, didnt start until 6:15ish.. RI told me he will recommend me to the nail artist who knows ombre better and can follow what i want... her name is nanci (i think)... WHO DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH... so she needs a translator, im new in town and i saw their reviews so i chose their salon.. my instructions was easy, just try not to touch the acrylic on my cuticles coz when they grow they stuck in my nails. Those are simple instructions that doesnt need to have arguments and get peoples attention. Then Ri told me that shes a professional. So this is the nail art thats made by a professional?? Since the nail job still not done because they use spray instead of powder... and its almost 8pm and they already turn the ac off coz theyre about to close i told them dont worry about the 3D coz this will take more time... so i left the salon unsatisfied but because im not the person who complains and not pay... i still pay $90.. and definitely my nails are not worth $90... ombre powder cost 55+ .. and i dont know what else was charge. for those who wants to get fooled by their review... then chose this salon... but as for me, i will definitely let everyone know that this place is not worth a visit. My nails are messy! And would be great working in a customer service industry should know how to speak English specifically based on on her, shes been here for 4 years!! read more
