I sent him pictures of my plumbing leak (installed by a general contractor last year, so it was new) and he was able to see the problem. The other contractor did not install the plumbing to code, left the pea-trap out, and basically jury-rigged the whole thing. I had to call all of the local plumbing companies to inspect, diagnose and fix the leak. All of the companies were either busy or could not check it out for a few days. I called Scott over at Two Dog Plumbing at 1pm on a Friday and he was able to come to the cabin to check it out. He was able to diagnose the issue and the next day he brought an excavator over to dig up and replacement the propane lines. As a…read morelicensed Architect with over 3 decades of residential experience, I was somewhat put back when my partner told me their inquiry for services was met with a "we don't do it that way" and "we're not interested" without really taking the time to ascertain the scope of work, no inquire as to the availability of scoping documents, such as drawings. this was found to be highly unprofessional and inadequate as a service provider at any level. given the company claims to have over 10 years experience, they need to work at their administrative staff training at minimum. I advise you to use another competent plumber in the area.
