I chose the top package think it was called Surgeon's Choice which included the best Hollywood Hair Transplant available on the market. They used a new technique called Advanced Sapphire which included 5000 grafts in one procedure that took one day. The best part about it was that this package came with a lifetime warranty, which made me comfortable with the choice. I looked into getting a similar Hollywood Hair transplant in the USA, but the quotes were over $40,000! Bosley wanted $25,000 for a mid tier one. Peacock Clinic gave me the high end one for a really good price which is why I went with them. They're run by Americans, and they seem to focus on American clients like me, which I appreciated since dealing with an American consultant made the whole process so smooth. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, so I knew what to expect. The hotel they arranged was amazing, which added to the overall experience. Honestly, the clinic exceeded my expectations. I held back from writing a review for almost a year because I wanted to post pictures and see how the results came out. I got to say, the results are incredible! I've always been in great shape, but my thinning hair made me feel incomplete. Now, with my thick, dense, natural-looking hair, I feel like my best self. The confidence boost is unreal. Only thing I'd say is if the hospital offers any optional supplements for purchase, my Peacock Consultant told me they're not really necessary so feel free to decline them. I noticed their results were some of the best I'd seen, but I was quite skeptical about flying abroad for the procedure as there is so much competition in Turkey regarding hair transplants. I finally got in touch with them via WhatsApp around April 2020 and sent over some pictures of my current hair loss. They quickly get back to you with a price proposition and a breakdown of what you will receive in the package. The procedure itself (maximum grafts) 5* Hotel for 3 nights, all Airport/Clinic transfers are included, also shampoos and other aftercare products.. the only thing you have to cover are flights. I went ahead and booked my procedure but it was cancelled due to covid, I rescheduled for July. Day 1 - arrived at Istanbul airport on the night, a driver was waiting in arrivals with a name card, they transfer you to the hotel in a luxury Mercedes minivan with their logo etched on the side, they really pride themselves in making sure every part of the experience is top quality and professional. They check you in and show you to your room, my first impressions were great, they take care of all your luggage and bags. The hotel was awesome, very clean and the room was well equipped. Day 2 - the actual procedure, I woke up and had breakfast, they pick you up from the hotel reception and take you to the clinic where they will design your new hairline and advise you on what will suite you, based on your previous natural hairline and the density that can be achieved.. this is all down to your donor area so please take their advice and trust their opinion on what will suite you, they know more than you do The worst part of the procedure was the initial local anasthetic which was baraeble for me, but this is down to how you are with needles. They ensure you are comfortable at all times and allow you toilet/drink/food breaks whenever you want.. you can watch YouTube videos and go on your phone throughout most of the procedure once they have extracted the grafts. The overall procedure took around 8 or 9 hours and by the end I must admit I felt very drained but I had no pain. Sleeping was uncomfortable for the first night, this is mainly because you have to sleep almost upright with a neck pillow.. don't be alarmed by any leakage of fluid from the back of your head this is completely normal and they provide pillow pads. Day 3 - removing the bandage and dressing, they take you to the clinic where they remove all of the bandages and clean up the back of your head, it was nice to get them off.. after that you go back to your hotel to chill out, I'd advise you bring some form of entertainment such a laptop or ipad.. I binged Netflix and ordered room service for most of it Day 4 - relax and order room service.. they constantly check up on you via WhatsApp and make sure you're doing fine post op, they give you antibiotics and painkillers as standard for the first few days. Day 5 - They drive you to the clinic where they will wash your head for the first time, this is fine but the cold water feels a bit sensitive on your head, nothing bad though.. after this I was given plenty of sprays and shampoos to help me throughout recovery and was taken to the airport to catch my flight home, I had met a couple of other lads during my time there who had also been to Gold City Hair and turned out to be on the same flight as me so it was good to have a bit of company and you don't feel like the only one! Trust me I saw about 10 other lads in the airport who had the procedure and this was during covid when you'd expect less people.. nobody bats and eyelid, this procedure is very common in Turkey. I'm just over 6 months post op and the results so far are outstanding! This is probably the best thing I've ever done and has brought me so much confidence. After investigating, I was able to get testimonies from multiple French gentlemen who went to see Doctor Arslan and had outstanding results. The communication with Asma prior the surgery was very reassuring. She emailed me the whole procedure and I was able to ask all the questions that crossed my mind. She was very knowledgeable and quick to respond. On the day of the surgery Doctor Arslan and his team were very friendly and I felt immediately reassured in this warm and professional environment. Dc Arslan ans I drew, together my new hair line and I was thrilled to be in the hands of someone with such a good eye and who has great taste when it comes to aesthetic, proportion and most importantly the most natural and dense result. Dr Musbeh and his staff were friendly and comforting; I felt that I was in good hands the entire time and felt their office provided outstandingly diligent care. It is a tedious, long operation for those involved but they made me very comfortable. Coming from the US, I enjoyed my time in Istanbul. Beyoglu is a busier part of town but it also caters to tourists well; if you are comfortable branching out there are more peaceful neighborhoods to recover should you wish to stay in Istanbul for a bit. I previously consulted practices in the US and I have no regrets about traveling to Turkey. It's been a few years since the operation, going from almost bald to what looks like a full head of hair, and I'm completely happy with it. It's not obvious at all that work was done - a lot of my oldest friends have forgotten because it just looks natural. Don't expect to have hair like you did in high school, be realistic, and you'll be happy with the results. Dr Musbeh and his team can do great work.

They do about 40 surgeries per day! When I got off the plane I met multiple people from the US who were there for the same thing. Everything is scheduled through what's app seems sketchy but I promise it's the best way. The hotel I stayed at as part of my bundle wasn't bad. Small rooms but it does the job. The clinic is nice and clean. All the nurses and doctors are super nice!! Friendly. Good hospitality. I don't think I would do a hair transplant again but I figured I'd give it a shot. Day one I showed up and did my consultation. Next day was surgery and last day was the cleaning and bandage removal! If you wanna plan to adventure around, arrive early and explore turkey! I paid 3800 in total. Got 3925 grafts the price also included the hotel and transportation. In all with flight I paid under 5000 USD. I currently am in month 2 and am seeing good growth. I know from my coworkers this place has good results and with what I'm seeing I couldn't be happier! This review could be a whole book length but this is the cliff notes version.
