I had made my counsel very aware of my situation and urgency to complete the process for settlement. Due to my circumstances, this is a dire need and critical to my well being . I found out that settlement Paperwork had been withheld from me for eight days Even though I had remained in daily communication and consistently checking with counsel to see if that had been recieved by counsel As I was reading paperwork, I found out the respondent/ defendant had provided that paperwork to my counsel, but my council did not provide the paperwork to me, and once it was provided to me, it took me less than one hour to complete it and send it back Eight days may not seem like a long time But under the circumstances , That had been brought to their attention throughout the entire process, and what the end result of waiting would be I couldn't imagine another human withholding this information from me if they had any compassion at all in themselves for another humanbeing . Ive asked councel to correct this situation but no response. This is sad

Phil represented my brother where from on document to the next the police contradicted themselves, certainly were prepared to lie in court as well, while my brother was looking at a max of 17 years Phil did more than we could of imagined for in the outcome, my brother was so happy to walk out of the court room and go home.
