Where other attorneys said the best they could do was get him full weekend visits, Lisa was able to advocate for me and prove that this was concerning, and was able to have him be ordered supervision at all his visits with my children until he enrolls in therapy, which he never did. I recently hired Lisa again to represent me against my most recent ex who has been stalking and harrassing me for the last two months since our break up. He entered a guilty plea and attempted to skip the trial, but Lisa once again fiercely advocated for my wish to be able to tell my story and so that she could get him on the stand. Than she handed a high conflict custody battle over to someone who had only been in family law for a very short time. After having to make them fix the documents several times due to wrong names, or spelling or irrelevant information. They finally filed her case with the court ​after saying another lawyer (her daughter) would take the case. Once the case was filed with the court they called my cousin to tell them that they can no longer represent her due to a conflict. Mind you at this point they have already take 2k from their money. She was finally able to get the rest of her money back minus the 2k. Come to find out from other lawyers this is common, and she will refuse to take a case that will go to trail. So dont bother taking a high conflict custody battle to this woman. She will leave you high and dry while setting you up for failure. Thanks to her actions her ex husband has done nothing but stalk her and cause problems between her and the child. Because he now knows she was going to take him to court. Shame on you!

He didn't offer any advice or even comment on my case. Then I made the mistake of telling him that I am talking to other attorneys and then he snapped. His demeanor completely changed. He told me to not send him anything, he doesn't want to be involved if I'm talking to other attorneys, his time is so precious that I would be wasting his time, he doesn't need to beg for my business and he's so busy he wouldn't have any time to take on more cases anyways, etc. Then I said that another attorney told me to talk to as many attorneys as possible and Bryan replies, "yes you should, but not me". Make sure you DO NOT say you are talking to other attorneys because if you have a consult with Bryan apparently that means that you are basically hiring him without him even looking at your case. I would be very cautious with him because I assume he would charge you for every second of his "precious" time.

Next…read moresteps after that call were, 1) I email him some documents (which I did immediately) and, 2) he email me a client agreement. Over the next five weeks, I did not hear a peep from Mr. Eichorn, despite my emails and phone messages. I finally got a receptionist to insist that he reach out to me. When he finally did, he said all my emails went to his junk file... including that email with sensitive documents. I asked him if my phone messages got lost as well, and he could not answer that. He proceeded to ask me for information which had nothing to do with my issue. When I corrected him, he admitted that he could not recall what we had discussed and that he must've lost his notes. I would not recommend any professional who is so completely empty-headed and irresponsible to "lose" so much.
