I just finished my one on one session with Kristin where she thoroughly talked to me about each vitamin, mineral, mineral ratios, heavy metal toxins specific to my body. She personalized my session to provide so much more than what an usual lab results will and can tell you. She genuinely cares as a person, actively listens to your concerns, and gives you clear guidance on what you need to be focusing on, so you don't get overwhelmed in improving your health through diet and/or supplement. If it's something you don't need right now, she will tell you don't spend money and energy on it. For me, she told me to focus on eating certain foods that are rich in minerals that my body is lacking, combined with a specific form of Magnesium and a Beef Liver supplement that is bioavailable, so my body can actually digest and absorb it. Everyone is different, and she will analyze your lab result with you and come up with the best solution for you and your health.
