The restrooms were really nice -- we actually got lots of compliments about them throughout the weekend from our wedding guests. What wasn't quite as good was the customer service. We primarily interacted with Merrilyn on the phone and through email, and she was disorganized and generally unhelpful. It took her over 5 months to come back to us with a contract (after we nudged her many times), and when she finally did provide the contract, she tried to charge more than what we had discussed over email. Then when I called to ask her to honor the agreed-upon amount she refused and told me to find another vendor (all this weeks before the event), and actually screamed at me over the phone. I was convinced we would have to find a new vendor at the last minute, but I guess she calmed down and had a change of heart a few hours later and sent over a new contract with the original rate. The other issue was the lack of communication within the company. The installers were really friendly and came right on time to drop off the restrooms. But they came to take them away 3 hours before the time agreed upon in our contract. Luckily, I was able to run out and stop them before they left with the trailers, but the response I got was "no one told me that". Which tells me they're simply not a well organized or well communicating company. I would probably go with a different company if I had to do it again, but as I said, the restrooms were lovely.

The owner spoke with me…read morefor a long time and took my contact information, mentioned that Thursday (the 14th) was possible for him to come out and install some sort of fan in my septic tank. This is a problem I've been having to one degree or another for nearly ten years and this person diagnosed it quickly and confidently and said he could take care of it. Then he disappeared completely. He never called and after I called him twice and emailed him, he never responded. I'm not sure what that total disregard means but I know it is not a good sign in a business, particularly a service business. This business might do a good job, but I would not trust that they would show up on schedule or return calls or stand by their product if a better job came along. At the very least I deserved a courtesy call informing me that they weren't able to help.

Was notified the second week of December that they won't plow anymore. Evidently the new owner doesn't understand working with machinery or doesn't have the knowledge and experienced help she needs so she walks away from a good paying customer and leaves a 70 something year old couple high and dry with no explanation! I hope she can keep all those port-o-lets clean as I don't see much of a future otherwise.
