I had an extremely disappointing experience at Sullivan Tire in Raynham MA and would not recommend this location. I went in for what should have been a simple installation of two new tires, yet it took nearly two hours to complete. Throughout the visit, I felt ignored and dismissed because I was a woman, and the customer service was unprofessional from start to finish. When I left, my vehicle had serious front-end issues that were not present before. I returned, waited another two hours, and was told they had test-driven the vehicle twice. Despite that, they still returned an unsafe vehicle to me. They claimed it needed further diagnostics but said it wasn't something they handled and told me I could come back later in the week to have it checked. After leaving, I quickly realized the vehicle was still unsafe to drive, so I returned once again. I waited almost another two hours before a different technician finally looked at it. He simply rotated the tires, and the work took less than 30 minutes. However, they refused to test drive the vehicle unless I waited another hour, even though the shop was closing in about 20 minutes. They also refused to schedule or perform the additional diagnostics they had previously told me to come back for later in the week. To make matters worse, the employees refused to provide their names when I asked, and they were hesitant to provide information for management. Overall, I spent almost six hours over multiple visits for a basic tire installation and still left with an unsafe vehicle and no real resolution. The lack of professionalism, accountability, communication, and customer service was unacceptable. I expected much better from a company that promotes safety and quality service. I will not be recommending service or returning! read more

My car had nails in 2 seperate tires, I asked them to make sure no other tires had damage before ordering. They ordered tire and then 3 days later they finally inspect and find another nail in a different tire. Now its waiting on another tire to be ordered. A week without a car only to find when I get it back and it vibrates with the new tires. Between missing nails and having the car riding worse with the new tires I have zero confidence in this location and won't he going there anymore. Not even worth going back to get this issue fixed there. I'll go to Town Fair or somewhere else. read more

Scam! Went for a sticker on a 2019 Chevy truck. They tried to up sell on everything. Cabin filter, wipers and so on. Sullivan and Firestone are the biggest thieves around. Stay away!!! read more

They are expensive but I like how honest they are. I appreciate them telling me what my car needed but all I got was a tire to replace the one that blew out on the highway. Came Wednesday morning- like 8:30. Got out $120 later with a brand new tire at 10:15. Can't say I'm thrilled because it took so long but they did tell me the condition of my other tires which I knew were bad but did not know HOW bad. I don't understand why it takes so long. I've certainly had faster service but for an emergency like today, how picky can I get? I got towed here so I made the most of it. Plus for the WiFi! I brought my 2020 siverado for a tire repair. keep in mind I was a ASE certified truck and auto tech for 17 years. I changed careers to hvac tech. in my past career I have repaired hundreds of tires. I know what is repairable and what's not My tpms indicator alerted me that my left rear tire pressure was 23 psi the tire never went flat. Prior to bringing my truck to sullivan tire Raynham I found a drywall screw in the center of tread. A very common repair. They pulled my truck in 20 minutes later the service rep came out and said the tire wasn't repairable. I asked why he said that industry standards deems it unrepairable and I need to replace tire . I know from experience that was not true i tomd him if that's the case no tire is repairable. The tire only has 10000 mile on it and looks new. I informed him that the tire is repairable and I will bring it to another shop I immediately drove to Town Fair Tire. They pulled my truck in 30 minutes later my tire was repaired and cost $10 to repair read more

I needed to get some tires and stopped in on a weekday afternoon and dealt with the manager. His name was Rob. I found this business to be honest and helpful. They took a look at my vehicle and gave me an honest opinion of what I needed rather than sell me extras. I waited at the business while my tires were installed. I was also able to get an inspection sticker. Waiting area has a tv and coffee while you wait. Five stars for reasonable, fair and honest service! read more

I came in for a state inspection sticker for my 2006 Subaru. Never had any issues until I was notified that it fail due to window tint. I left with more questions unanswered than answered. I then went to a state certified garage near by and they tested the tint for me and it PASSED!! I went back to Sullivan, the manager couldn't even work the window tester and after 10 painstaking minutes he was able to get a reading. Which was a PASSING reading. I'm short, they either don't know what they are doing or purposely trying to fail people. Highly not recommended read more

I've only been here for service once and I do not plan to come back. All I came here for was a simple tire repair/patch. Originally they said it should be no problem, then they decided it was unable to be fixed and had to be replaced, first they told me it would be $72, then $107, then $92. When I came in to have it put on the car they told me 45 minutes. It was a half hour before they moved my car from the parking space and an additional ten minutes before they asked what tire was being replaced. I waited almost two hours for a simple tire replacement. It ended up costing $97 dollars. They were unfriendly and I do not plan to return to them. They are far too expensive. read more

My husband and I have always bought tires from this particular location. Very helpful and knowledgeable about getting the tires and putting them on. But that's where it ends. We have always bought the warranty, scheduled our appointments for oil changes and tire repairs AND always are told it's going to take at least 2-3hours! Despite having an appointment. Infuriating. I'm the fool that keeps coming back but I asked and you can go to any Sullivan store once you buy it and have the warranty. I had a nail in my tire after some recreation one day. They were on the way home some I stopped in. They pulled the nail, patched the tire, didn't charge me. Took about 20 minutes. I had to call here last week because I had a flat tire that I had filled with air but lost air overnight. I talked to a very nice and professional young lady named Bree. I explained that I needed the tire fixed as soon as possible because I was an on-call delivery driver and I could be texted at any time for a delivery. Bree was very pleasant and told me to bring it over and they would get it done ASAP. I bought both front tires here and bought the road hazard warranty just in case something like this happened then I wouldn't have to pay to get it fixed. She noted that on the work ticket. The reason for only 3 stars is that when I went to pick up the car she said it was going to cost 45 dollars. They replaced the license plate bulbs and I knew they weren't that expensive. It seems someone had changed the invoice to charge me for the flat repair. Bree was visibly upset by this and went in the back to see why it was so high. She came back and deducted the amount for the repair. Then the tech came up and gave her a tiny little nail he said caused the flat. I really appreciated Bree's efforts and understanding of the matter and thank her for expediting the process for me as well as her attention to the higher cost. There are other tire dealers that will fix flats at no cost with or without a warranty. I may go up the street next time I need tires for my car. read more

Seven visits, Purchased four new tires, four tires worn out from bad ball joint and arm installed on the front left. First ball joint fell out ! Second one came loose. I explained when first ball joint and arm was installed, That I have a daughter two states over, That I pick up on weekends for visits and that it is very important my vehicle is safe for driving. The first time the ball joint was installed, it fell out in less than three weeks, wearing my new front tires, and making the vehicle very dangerous to drive. When bringing vehicle back, I was hassled about getting WARRANTY work done, and tires replaced, along with a four wheel alignment, I had just paid for. A second time months later the same ball joint came loose, wearing both tires again. This time I was hassled even more, Being told it was not because the ball joint becoming loose, that it was the sub frame, telling me, They could fix it for $1,700.00. Then saying might not be worth saving the vehicle, and that the tire could snap and I would drive off the road and die,The techs exact words. Very stressful time with these people. I had the sub frame put in for almost half the cost, returned, and was told that they would only replace ONE tire. I had two more visits to get this work done again, plus calls to cooperate. This was my most terrible time, I ever have had with my vehicle. They are looking for people, who they can take advantage of. The last visit,my seventh time there, as exiting, A mechanic drove a van with state plates at a high speed for a parking lot from a bay, driving close to my vehicle, uncalled for. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this place !! read more
