*Update* I sent Bill…read morea Cease and Desist in regard to his "???" Email to me after I left this review & it's on FIRE! Please educate on contested elections in Maryland. Attorneys like Bill "pay to play" by donating to judicial appointments by the Governor who are endorsed by MSBA. That way attorneys like Bill have negotiating power in the courts & with prosecutors. Not even 5 minutes after I left this review, Bill sent me an email insinuating I'm defaming him. (See attached) I agree with the previous review he's a plea attorney for most and pay to play for others. I attached the donation he gave my judge 4/18/23 and the 3/6/24 email where he acts like he doesn't know her at all. I've attached the email where he told me it would be helpful for me to file a pro se' motion to withdraw him as my counsel. I've attached the per curiam opinion issued in regard to the "helpful" motion Bill advised me to file that I've now had to file a recon on! ********* Bill Cooke is a liar. I asked him before he took my case of his ties to Judge Christine Marie Celeste. He literally emailed me that he barely knew her and that they weren't friends. After I paid him, he told me to file a pro se' motion for him to get off my case. Next thing I know Celeste issues a frivolous failure to appear bench warrant. I currently have Celeste under investigation so I'm up looking at her donors & guess who donated to Celeste. Don't trust this man!
