THIEVES! I placed an order online a month ago and I still have not received my order!!! The only thing I did receive was that these thieves took my money through PayPal. Never shipped my order. Never answers the phone or responds to emails. This business now lists an address which is a home address. Contacted someone who lives at this home address asking if he was an owner or worked here. He said as a matter of fact, why? I then told him my order was never shipped and asked for a working number. He then said he was just teasing and had never heard of the business. The business address is his address and is how I found him but he has never heard of them?! I've been here twice so far, and both times have been enjoyable. This is one of the only (if not the only!) Irish shops in the area, and as one of the seemingly few Irish-Americans living in the rural Pacific Northwest, I really appreciate it being here. I love having direct access to authentic Irish imports even in a more remote place like Walla Walla. They have a large range of vitamins and health products to choose from, interesting surname maps and pictures on the walls, and cookie, tea, and chocolate imports from all over Western Europe. They also have Ireland-themed sweatshirts as well as authentic Irish tweed caps, sweaters, and scarves. The shop is a bit cramped, but the variety and quality of the products make up for that. I particularly like the 'Irish Potatoes' made of coconut balls coated in cinnamon, the Gift o' the Gab Irish Tea (import-it's very bold and flavorful), the Gardens of Ireland hand lotion (Made in France-has a very lovely subtle, sweet fragrance), and of course the Butler's Mint Dark Chocolate Bar. I've noticed a distinct rich, yet subdued flavor in the European chocolate bars I've had, and this one was no exception to that rule! :) The owner (I think) was working there both times I went there, and he has always been friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable about the store's products. I can't wait to go back again! I'm starting to run low on my tea, and I'm going to need another European chocolate fix at some point. read more

So far, I am VERY unhappy with this business. I placed an order online eleven days ago. I have not heard from them since -- no "your order has shipped" or anything. I have emailed them twice, and left 2 voice mails on their business phone -- no response to any of my request. Now I look at their terms and conditions, and it says the will not honor cancellations more than 24 hours after an order has been place -- what BS! I have found several other places (including Amazon.com) that can sell/ship this item to me within 24 hours, so I'd LOVE to be rid of Sullivan, but it appear I'm stuck. What CRAP!!! read more

I notified them that I was unhappy with the poor quality of the item I purchased and was promised a refund. They lied. I shipped the item back to them and they kept the money and kept the item. Their greed is so strong they would rather have negative feedback than have satisfied customers. My girlfriend and I happened upon this shop wandering downtown Walla Walla. It was a cool looking place, lots of health products, and Irish memorabilia (It's apparently aptly named). They also had a selection of unique sodas. We ended up grabbing a case of micro-brewed root beer, which was probably one of the best root beers I've ever had. read more

I ordered hair colorant from this company via Amazon. It was shipped in a wet box, bottle had leaked, was not new leaking as box appeared very old and worn. Was rewrapped in full tape inside a thyroid vitamin box, so the leaking would not go through. Attempted to contact this company, they wanted pictures, so I sent. 3 further email attempts have gone unanswered. Extremely poor customer service. BEWARE and do not order from this company!!! read more

I placed an online order. According to their web page and email, I could contact customer support by email or phone. I called and reached voice mail 3 times, leaving a message each time. No return call was ever received. I emailed twice, no response. I cancelled my order by phone message and email. 1 week later my credit card was charged and an order sent. Still no contact. I purchased an item from Sullivan through Amazon.com. The product contained alcohol. I learned the same day that the intended recipient was a recovering alcoholic. I immediately cancelled the order prior to Sullivan shipping it. Like the other reviewer, Sullivan NEVER RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS. They shipped the product the week after my cancellation. I EMAILED THEM 5 TIMES (NO TOLL FREE PHONE NUMBER PROVIDED) and asked for a return authorization number. THEY NEVER RESPONDED. I filed a claim thru Amazon's A-Z Guarantee. AMAZON IGNORED the following facts; MY CANCELLATION, SULLIVAN'S VITAMINS & IRISH SHOP'S ignoring the cancellation and Sullivan Vitamins & Irish Shop LACK OF RESPONSE after the item was received. Amazon said, "3rd party companies are not required to accept returns" After objecting to that they said, "3rd party companies are not required to accept returned grocery items" Only problem, the item was not a grocery item. Bottom line, Sullivan Vitamins & Irish Shop is not a trustworthy company and Amazon's permitting them to sell on their site places their company policy in question. I have repeatedly ordered from Amazon for years without reservation. So two lessons learned. Sullivan Vitamins & Irish Shop makes me happy I'm not Irish and Amazon doesn't filter their affiliates so BUYER BEWARE. read more
