I am a helicopter mom and one of my favorite things is being able to watch her on the cameras all day. I also like how detailed the teachers are when I ask questions or even have concerns about other kids' behavior. My child has gone from normal development as a child to being extremely advanced. My child can speak full sentences in Spanish which we don't speak in our household. We've had some great experiences with the teachers as well. Every single one we've had has been phenomenal.

It was like she was upset I was inquiring. Also, they gave me another child's bag but put a piece of paper over the other child's name and wrote my child's name on it. This is very unsanitary especially since we are currently in a global pandemic. If they are short on supplies I could've gave them a bag. Happy to report this place was a blessing to our family, we experienced nothing but the best service and our son was treated with respect and love. He enjoyed going to school and we saw a beautiful shift in his behavior and development after just one week of going to this school. The staff has been here for many years and that's something I loved as many places I visited before making my decision had new members or people that weren't as qualified. This place ran like a well oiled machine and we never once had a covid scare while attending this school. They run a tight ship and do it well. Only reason we pulled our son out of this school is because we are moving a few hours away otherwise we would have kept him here until he grew out of it. My child was coming home DAILY with scratch/bite marks, I reported it to the Director and their solution was to ISOLATE my child from the rest of the class (had him playing by himself) rather than properly teach the staff on how to avoid these situations. Now I get kids will be kids and incidents will happen but clearly the staff are not monitoring the way they should. My son even got bit on his stomach! How, what was the teacher doing that this incident could not be avoided?! The teachers all gather around to socialize while on the playground versus watching your child. I've witnessed teachers yank kids up when they aren't listening, teachers do not change gloves/wipe down changing station after each diaper change, one of the changing tables (3 yo room) is right in the middle of the daycare where everyone that enters/leaves the daycare can see, teachers lack experience and turnover is HUGE!!! Teachers change on a daily and they are never introduced to you. They literally just hire bodies to keep up with the required teacher/child ratio. Parents block your car in in the parking lot and they seem to think it's ok to have all this chaos out in the parking lot where parents are dropping off small kids that run in to the street, etc. I've seen roaches stuck to tape on the back of the kids artwork. This place is just HORRIBLE! Lastly, I reported ALL these issues to the Director Yamilette and was told "we are not meeting your needs!" and she is absolutely correct but my "needs" are what they promote in their literature, website, and even when you have a tour. I don't do reviews but my experience was so bad at this facility that I would like to warn all parents out there on what to expect if you bring your child to this facility! Really funny comedy show! Will keep you laughing and smiling…read more They have two shows, 6pm and 8pm. Come half an hour early for dinner. So if you purchased the 6pm show, show up 5:30pm. If you purchased the 8pm show, show up 7:30pm. Seating is first come first serve. Dinner is salad/pizza and soda/beer/wine. They have other food options, such as chicken wings. Don't expect good food. The comedy Magic show starts at 6pm/8pm and end at 7pm/9pm. The show is very interactive. The magician grabs people in the front to participate. His acts are hilarious. Wouldn't mind coming back. FYI, they are located in the WonderWorks building. There's a parking structure in the back. $5 for two hours. $7 for 3-4 hours. $10 for all day or lost ticket.
