I'm so glad I lived here! I lived in a one-bedroom for 5 months, then shared a two-bedroom/two-bath with a friend for a year. Leigh Ann was the manager the whole time, and she was always on top of things. She and the maintenance man, Sully, were always friendly to me. It only cost a few dollars more than other places, but was well worth it. All my neighbors were friendly, and I never felt insecure. It is within walking distance of 27 different restaurants and several "big-box" stores, yet once in the neighborhood, you'd never know it. Be sure and check out the walking trails behind the community -- there is even a hidden lake and several old chimneys in the woods. If you hike far enough on the rights-of-way, you'll eventually find it. In Statesville, Fourth Creek Landing Apartments are as good as it gets!

ROACHES!! This apartment complex is a shit hole and it needs to be burned to the fucking ground…read more They don't tell you about all the issues that the building has, they don't tell you about the roaches and bugs that are living inside of the building. They don't tell you about the holes they covered up or how they don't change out the carpet before you move in. I have an air filtration system that I bought in my home to keep the dust out because no matter what the dust will come, the filtration system that they have built inside of the apartment sucks. You are literally breathing in dust and horrible air. Everything about Foxcroft is horrible. They do not clean their pool on the regular basis, the people in the front office don't care about your issues at all. Maintenance does the best that they can in these shitty ass apartments. They are skilled to repair stuff however I don't think they have the correct equipment to fully fix the issue therefore the problem just grows. They recently raise the rent up and I don't know why because the roaches are getting more and more out of hand as the time goes by. You asked them for an exterminator and it literally takes them months just to schedule somebody and send them out. i'm sick of this place every time I come into my kitchen I see a bug every time I open my eyes in the morning I can expect that something is watching me waiting for me to kill it. Save your time and your money do not move here. It's the same in every building.
