Has a section for small kids to be able to stand up and play in. Different little spots for you to go explore and venture in. It wasn't crowded and had plenty of room to swim in the pool. They have 2 grill areas and tvs around the area. They have corn hole to play at and a little grassy area. Bathrooms are super clean and easy to locate within the pool area. Def will be back. They breach lease agreements and rely on tenants not knowing their legal rights. Be cautious when dealing with management -- they will say whatever benefits them rather than address legitimate issues. Maintenance is no better. Work orders are neglected, and when you press for answers, they may turn it around and make false statements instead of fixing the problem. Even more concerning, there are major safety issues on the property. Some residents reportedly have serious criminal backgrounds, including violent offenses, and management appears to overlook this. The overall environment feels unsafe and poorly supervised. If you care about your health, safety, and fair treatment, avoid Trevi Village Blvd at all costs. I understand that this is an old building and things break but the management has to be better with taking care of the building and alerting residence when these problems occur. We pay a premium to live in Uptown, but the value and service is just not in line with any other neighboring apartment complex.
