We had an awesome buying experience thanks to Taylor. I found her through her Youtube RV walk thru videos and we found her to be incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. The best part is Taylor truly cared about finding the right fit and her sense of caring has continued on well past the sale. We're first time RV'ers so lots to learn but Taylor has been there with us every step of the way to ensure our questions have been answered. When I couldn't figure out how to make our hot water heater work, Bill H. was reachable on the first try over the phone and patiently walked me thru the process. When I couldn't complete a DIY suspension upgrade project and ended up not being able to remount the old rear bump spring, Billie got me in the next day to complete the job. Everyone at Transwest has made our first RV buying experience a very pleasurable one. We'll undoubtedly be a repeat customer when we look to upgrade from a Class C to A in a few years' time.

It was $611 but unfortunately it all needed done. The day I got it back, my step was not going in to get into the house part of the RV. I was able to swing back by the next day and apparently the little step magnet fell off. Donnie was quick to not only fix that, but also looked at a leak on the outdoor shower, and replaced a knob that was broken. All of this that no charge since I was in there the day before, getting the other repairs done. He even hooked up a diagnostic machine to see if I have a DEF fluid sensor. No one was at the office so we called the number on the door with no response. That was typically what we experienced, no one picks up the call and no one calls back. Had to file a dispute with my CC to get a refund. Lisa was terribly rude and argumentative.
