Exceptional and prompt customer service from both call centre staff and staff on site!!!…read more I just wanted to say a huge thank you to a member of staff that helped me today. His name is Pa. I parked at Spinningfields in Manchester and memorised floor 15 when i walked to the lifts. When returning to my car in the afternoon, i couldnt find it. I called the number on the parking ticket and explained i had checked a number of floors above and below where I thought I had parked. The lady advised me to go to the barriers and someone would be with me shortly. Within 5 minutes, Pa arrived and reassured me that it happens alot. He eased my mind to a certain extent and knew that i was in safe hands. He said we would start at the top and work our way down. If for whatever reason, we cant find it; he would then ask for the cctv footage of when i came in and to check if the car had left. It turned out i had actually parked on floor 5 .... not 15. When we found it i felt really stupid, but again; Pa reassured me that its a common thing as it happens all the time. He had also kept me talking whilst we were walking to say that he vaguely remembered seeing my car on his walk araound earlier. This is what kept me going. This again put me at ease, as not only is there cctv, but that told me that they physically check on the vehicles too. His customer service skills were amazing, as was the way he handled the whole situation. He showed determination, dedication and a genuine care in wanting to help me find my car. I really felt Pa deserved recognition for his hard work today. Too many people find the time to complain nowadays but not enough give credit or praise where it's due. Thank you Pa You were absolutely fantastic, so calm, smiley (in a supportive way) positive and proactive. You saved my day! Amy (punto)

Another rogue trader who has been given a…read morefranchise, and in return you will get a brand knew motorbike which is full of faults. 4 times my bike has broken down , and it's brand knew and only has 3 thousand miles on the clock. The owner refusing to fix the bike because of my attitude, well how would you feel if you bought a knew bike which keeps breaking down. I been told I got to spend my own money to fix the bike when it's under warranty. I be paying regular visits on my days off now , my house is sold now and have plenty of time to warn customer about this cowboy franchise who sells faulty motorbikes and has the cheek to laugh at the customer when the customer rings up explaining about the broken motorbike . This is a civil matter and not a police matter .

Well looking at the reviews, this one is coming from a customer and not a salesman or member of the…read moreperrys group!. I bought a freelander2 and within the 14 months it had broken down 9 times. Each time with promises of its fixed properly now. In the end Anthony the manager promised he would search for a replacement and not make a profit on the sawp due to the hassle (breakdowns) I have had. This turned out to be a delay tactic for 9 months or more. Eventually I bought a replacement from Guy Willaims who managed to beat Athonys price by £2k. So much for his fairness, morals, intergrity, trust. Im amased how they have won any awards within in Perrys or landrover group for service, however Im sure they do very well on sales, because they certainly now how to lead you on with false promises, just hope that you dont need or rely on them to deliver.....I'll never go there again thats for sure. signed. not a copley employee or have any connection now...
