My experience with staff demonstrates a lack of knowledge regarding consumer's right to be respected. Their loan process is like "going to a wife swapping party and coming home alone" no matter an applicant has a credit score over 775. Oakland needs customer oriented banking, we don't have it. The inline banking led me to believe that I had over 500 dollars in my checking account then within a week they hit me with over 200 dollars worth of fees and when I called in to find out what was going on I was told I was over 300 dollars in debt. In my mere months of banking with them they have taken OVER 1,000 dollars in fees. I was already living paycheck to paycheck, now I don't know what I'm going to do.
