I never did open an account ( I moved again), but I did go with my niece and nephew to exchange coins the other day. I walked up to the door to find that the lobby closed at 2pm and it was 4:17pm. An employee saw that we were trying to get in and he came out to let us know that the drive threw is open until 5pm and they may be able to help us. We hopped back into the car and then we were told that they can't help us because they closed the vault already. It's 45 minutes before you close, why in the world was the vault closed?! That was a huge turn off for me. My boyfriend and I are looking at property in the area, so I think that Capon Valley Bank is much lower on my list now.
