Lena always had an excuse for why she would not do something as simple as notarize a signature. She always complained that she is a Laywer in Russia and gets paid more there rather than at a bank and acted like her job was beneath her. We were told to format the paper differently- we did then went back a week later and Lena never even came to speak to us directly the manager of the bank had to come down and talk to her and Lena still refused to notarize a simple signature. I've never felt discriminated against before but when I told the manager how I was feeling she went back to Lena for a second then came back to us and didn't even look us in the eye just said that the notary "didn't feel comfortable" ... maybe it was because the bank closed in 30 min - scoff! We went to a different bank right around the corner and had our paper notarized in less than 5 min .... needless to say we will be switching banks.

Amelia and the rest of her team, Veronica and others are as friendly and welcoming as anyone could ask. The atmosphere was very unlike all other banks I had used. Homey comes to mind. Amelia from the very first tried to save me money and provide guidance on financial matters with being pushy. She also didn't push credit on me. This is so unlike others banking institutions I have visited. First visit here sign up for our credit card. The hard sell is a turn off. Thank you Amelia and Veronica.
