I have called them over 30 times and they only answered twice. I have left multiple messages and they wont call me back. So Frustrating! I never even received my shipment it was returned back to the ware house after it shipped and they haven't sent any new items out or refunded my money

Everyone there is professional and friendly and they do whatever they can to help you. It's possible you can get your rugs cleaned for less in GWS, i have no idea. But in my mind, i rather pay for the quality of the work they do here. They get my vote!!!
