Ein erster Test meinerseits ein paar Wochen nach Eröffnung an einem Wochentag kurz vor 12:00 Uhr: -Das Restaurant war angenehm beheizt. -Die Bestellung kam (obwohl wir kurz nach dem Aufmachen kamen) flott. -Das Sushi war gut bis sehr gut, der Reis nicht zu kalt und nicht zu warm. - Das bei Nigiri-Sushi kein Wasabi unter den Fisch kommt, ist die mittelfeine japanische Küche. Der Grund ist, dass sonst nach wenigen Minuten die dunkle Farbe des Wasabi durch den Fisch durchdringt und diesen unansehlich macht. In der billigen Sushi-Küche wird darauf keine Rücksicht genommen. In der sehr guten Sushi-Küche (z.B. Yabase in Düsseldorf) muss man keine Rücksicht nehmen, da die Fischstücke super-dick sind. - Fazit: Gut. Empfehlenswert. Ich werde die weitere Entwicklung durch weitere Besuche eng begleiten. :o) read more

Mein aktuelles Lieblings-Sushi-Restaurant. Ich besuche es meist in meinen Mitragspausen, in denen ich auch noch von den super Happy-Hour-Angeboten profitieren kann. Die Bedienung ist durchweg freundlich und immer zügig dabei. Auch konnte ich bis jetzt noch nicht die ANGEBLICH nicht frische Ware nachweisen, von der hier teilweise gesprochen wird. Jeder Besuch dort lohnt sich sowohl für den Geschmack, als auch für den Geldbeutel! read more

Der beste Sushi-Laden in Bochum! Super leckeres Essen. Fisch is immer frisch. Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar und die Bedienung ist sehr nett. Für Sushi-Einsteiger ideal, da man alles kosten kann, ohne gleich ein Vermögen zu verlieren. Für den Rest natürlich auch nur zu empfehlen. Atmosphere ist auch super! read more

Das ist wohl mein allerliebstes Sushi Geschäft. Recht freundliche Bedienungen, frischer Fisch, zuschauen befindet Herstellung ist auch möglich und die Musik ist ruhig und entspannend. Wenn man sich nicht auskennt kann es etwas erschwert sein den richtigen Weg zu finden aber es lohnt sich definitiv! read more
